National Sales Associate

Who are we looking for?

We are now hiring a National Sales Associate who will be responsible for inbound sales and small deals.

You will report to our Sales Director and have our awesome sales team in Belgium as your closest collaborators.

The position is full-time, based in Ghent
Start date: ASAP

What would be your responsibilities?
  • Hitting your personal and team target
  • Own the inbound channel and close deals fast
  • Create pipeline with personal initiatives to hit targets
  • Contribute to the success of Penneo in Belgium

How will this role progress?
It’s important to us to be as transparent as possible and to allow you to level expectations for the role. Therefore, we share our impact description in advance.

During the 1st month, you will:  
  • Meet your colleagues both in Ghent and Copenhagen (where you will spend a week for the onboarding)
  • Get a full onboarding into all tools and processes of Penneo
  • Learn our solution and proposition
  • Join peers in prospect meetings
Within 3 months, you will: 
  • Master all processes and tools you need.
  • Be able to do a prospect meeting by yourself 
  • Close your first deal
Within 6 months, you will:  
  • Be on target and contribute to both your personal and team targets.
  • Help the team to improve processes if needed from your own experiences and learnings.  
Within 12 months, you will:  
  • Be successful in your role and potentially ready for the next step.
About our interview process
We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:
  • Online call with our Recruiter
  • Meeting the Sales Director, Belgium at our office in Ghent 
  • Online collaboration session with two team members
  • Closing talk with the Sales Director
All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer.
