We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive with proven SaaS experience to play a key role in accelerating Penneo's growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and expanding enterprise customers by leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, long buying cycles, and high commercial impact.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to large organisations, understanding their business processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory challenges — and translating those into long-term value with Penneo’s solutions.
You will sit in a team consisting of five talented sales professionals and report directly to our Sales Director. We work with a high pace and best-in-class tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Clay, and Lemlist to maximize selling time and minimize admin work. Own and drive enterprise sales opportunities from first contact to contract signature.
Build, grow and maintain a strong pipeline.
Engage senior decision-makers and influence multiple stakeholders across enterprise organisations.
Lead discovery, product demos, commercial negotiations, and closing processes.
Develop deep insight into customer workflows, compliance needs, and regulatory frameworks.
Position Penneo as a trusted long-term partner for digital trust and compliance solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong handovers and customer success.
Maintain high CRM discipline in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility.

Solid experience in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement.
Proven success selling to enterprise customers and managing long sales cycles.
Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals (1M+ DKK is a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A consultative mindset seeking to understand customer needs before selling.
Experience building business cases, managing negotiations, and handling commercial discussions.
A proactive, structured, and customer-centric approach.
A can-do attitude and team player mentality.
Fluency in Danish and strong English proficiency.
