We’re looking for a Sr. Account Executive with proven SaaS experience. In this role, you will play a key part in continuing Penneo’s growth by generating new business in Denmark. This includes driving full sales cycles, navigating enterprise buying processes and closing high-value deals.
We need your business acumen to succeed as a trusted advisor to prospects. You need to understand their workflows, compliance needs and the regulatory environment around digital trust.
You will sit in a team consisting of five talented sales professionals and report directly to our Sales Director. We work with a high pace and best-in-class tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Clay, and Lemlist to maximize selling time and minimize admin work. If you are passionate about leveraging new tools that make us work faster and better, you’ll fit right in!
Hunt and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Build and grow a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiations and closing.
Engage and influence key stakeholders across large Danish organisations.
Build a deep understanding of Penneo’s products, use cases, and regulatory landscape.
Act as a trusted advisor for prospects on both technical and compliance-related topics.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and smooth handovers.

Demonstrated B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals (1M+ DKK is a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A consultative mindset seeking to understand customer needs before selling.
Experience building business cases, managing negotiations, and handling commercial discussions.
A proactive, structured, and customer-centric approach.
A can-do attitude and team player mentality.
Fluency in Danish and strong English proficiency.
