We’re looking for 2 Student Assistants to join our Finance Team and support our daily accounting operations. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic SaaS environment and develop your financial skillset alongside experienced colleagues. 

Overseeing all financial activities across the company including financial reporting, accounting operations, financial control, and revenue management, the  Finance Team is a small but highly efficient team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be working closely with him as well as the Accountant, supporting key financial processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is based in our Copenhagen office in Carlsberg Byen.

• Support day-to-day accounting operations (processing vendor bills, invoicing of customers, bank reconciliations, accruals and other related financial tasks.)

• Assist with customer communication related to financial questions.

• Support controlling tasks and help ensure financial data is accurate.

• Assist in the monthly closing process in collaboration with the Finance Team.

• Handle general finance operations tasks.

Our next colleague is currently studying a bachelor's in Finance - Polit from KU, HA from CBS or something similar. In addition, we imagine you will be bringing:  

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.

• Comfortability working in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with e-conomic or similar ERP system is a plus.

• A proactive mindset and team player mentality.

• Motivation to learn and grow within finance and accounting.
  
  

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
