We operate critical digital trust infrastructure under the eIDAS regulation, building products that businesses across Europe rely on for identity, signatures, secure data handling, and compliance.
You'll be joining a small, tightly-knit team working on our new Collect platform - a brand new platform built with the latest technologies. The team consists of three experienced senior developers (who are genuinely committed to mentoring), a designer, and a product manager. It's a space where your opinion matters, the hierarchy is flat, and you'll own your work from day one.
In a typical week you'll:
Develop new features requested by the Product Manager.
Fix bugs promptly - including production issues.
Handle the full development lifecycle end-to-end.
Collaborate directly with many different stakeholders, including: developers, PMs, and engineering teams.
Take on DevOps tasks like deployments, monitoring, and scaling.
We hire for attitude and curiosity first. You don't need to check every box - we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to stretch, and isn't afraid of new technology. That said, here's what we imagine you bring:
Must-haves
Curiosity: a genuine drive to learn and explore new technologies, including AI.
Backend development experience (academic projects absolutely count).
Willingness to work across different languages and frameworks: no language zealots here.
Attention to detail and a habit of testing your own work.
Good communication skills: you'll interact with many different stakeholders including developers, PMs, and designers.
Proactivity: you spot problems and act on them without waiting to be asked.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Kotlin (our backend language of choice).
A degree in computer science or a related field - helpful, but not required.
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, Docker/Kubernetes).
